  3/7/2018 - Several customers including I had to wait over 30 minutes for our "Walk-in" food to be ready for us while "Drive-thru" were being rapidly taken care of.
  
  After waiting almost 30 minutes, I then asked for my mobile order to be canceled. The manager refused to cancel or refund the money for making myself and others wait over 30 minutes for our orders. The manager also claimed it was impossible to print my receipt, even though her own employee who has printed out my receipts in the past stood right in front of her and confessed she has printed my receipts in the past. Also, one of the customers is a former employee of the Irondale location of Taco Bell and even she called the manager of this Taco Bell as a liar and knew my receipt could be printed. The new managers at this location do not have any customer service empathy for any customer who gets bad service. Wish the good managers were still there! Maybe if TACALA paid their managers well, they would keep the "GOOD" ones. That's food service for you...
